  • Peter Greenberg, Founder

    After college Peter started Able Construction doing additions and renovations. The company expanded into commercial construction and public projects, the most notable of which was the South Norwalk Railroad Station. In 1994 Peter changed the focus of the company to a new home contractor and since then has successfully completed over 125 new homes in Fairfield County. Peter has a flair for design and construction and has earned a reputation as a reputable and ethical leader in the industry.

  • Michael Greenberg, COO

    Michael has been involved with Able since its inception. He has an accounting background and has had many years’ experience in various businesses and industries and is involved in all of Able’s financial transactions. He and his wife live in Wilton.

  • Cal Mooney, Project Manager

    Cal ran his own painting company while pursuing a degree in architectural engineering. As opportunities arose he began doing larger and larger projects including renovations, new homes and sub-divisions. To date he has built over 150 new homes. Cal recently joined the Able Team because, “every home is an opportunity to exercise my passion to build and Able builds some amazing homes.”

  • Lindsay, Lead Designer

    Lindsay is an experienced designer with an eye for style. She enjoys bringing ideas together with our clients to create comfortable spaces that you’ll love living in.

  • Jason O'Donnell, Project Manager

    Jason has a range of experience in residential, commercial, and municipal project management. He specializes in finish details, particularly in kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes. He has a passion for working with homeowners to make their project come to life.

  • Donna Novotny, Controller

    Donna Novotny is a highly skilled and dedicated financial professional with nearly 30 years of experience as a Controller in the construction industry. She possesses a strong work ethic and a proven ability to solve problems effectively, consistently exceeding expectations in her role. Donna is known for her commitment to every task, large or small, and her contributions are meaningful. Her excellent interpersonal skills enable her to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Charles J. Katz, Database Manager

    Charles brings a range of IT and database experience to the Able Construction team. Managing our paperwork, computer systems, hardware and media.
